Emirates Towers District

Located at the heart of the Middle East region’s business hub, Dubai, Emirates Towers District is the latest addition to the Group’s growing portfolio of specialized business communities. Set to launch in 2021, the Park will meet the increasing demand for premium office space through high and low-rise office towers catering to a wide range of preferences. The development is set to house five-star hotels, retail space with a range of international brands and F&B options, a dedicated arena for events and ancillary facilities to support corporate tenants. The project will also include public parks, designated green spaces, as well as feature two covered pedestrian bridges connecting to the Dubai International Financial Park (DIFC). 

Dubai Design District

Dubai Design District, (d3) is a destination dedicated to design. Created to provide a hub for the region’s growing number of designers, creative minds and artists, d3 has fast become a melting pot for inspiration and innovation. Dubai Media City is the region’s largest community dedicated to the media industry. Dubai International Academic City 

Dubai International Academic City (DIAC) is the world’s largest free zone dedicated to higher education.
